Had the same issue with mine.
Theres a fuse inside the heater that is most likely blown. Take the cover off and there's another cover over the control panel, take that cover off and you'll see the fuse in there. Check it out. Ive replaced mine several times.

Were you able to get hot water by opening the relief valve? I can open the relief valve and get all the hot water I want. Noticed today that if I opened the sink faucet and the shower faucet separately I would not get hot water. But if I opened them both at the same time I would get hot water to both. Could I have pluggage in the plumbing lines some where? Like I said this just started happening.
