People stopped talking about UAB and ULM when Saban won hardware. O hasn’t done that yet so people will continue to bring up Troy.

in 2000 saban took over a team that had 3 wins the previous year
in 2007 saban took over a bama team with 6 wins the previous year
In 2017 O had a team with the 2nd most nfl draft picks in cfb

it is a trump card when discussing bad losses for lsu coaches
