Trump will have to ask them to stop next time. This is not something he will want to egg on at his rallys.

Doubtful. He said he tried to get them to stop this time by speaking very quickly (after 13 seconds of silence from him to enjoy the chant).

Any actual Trump support will know this and not try to start up the chant at the next rally.
If a chant starts there is a good chance the instigators are anti Trump activists.
