First get your CCNA and learn python or another basic scripting language. Maybe even get devops certified.
Second move to any metro city and you will have no problem getting a job starting around 60k.
Third bust your arse for 10 years and learn as much as can about every aspect of IT.
Forth get paid what you are really worth and retire in your fifties.
