I can understand your frustration at the pace of progress. But, I'm not sure you have a firm grasp on the complexity of what you're asking. For instance, not all Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer's (NSCLC) are the same. My wife is now in a clinical trial of a new chemotherapy specifically aim at her EGFR or HER2 Exon 20 Insertion mutation (a type of genetic change) that wasn't available when she was first diagnosed in 2017.

I am fully aware of the complexity. Cancer is not one disease. I would like to take an all out approach to it, vastly increase funding, cut red tape where it hinders progress, get the damn bureaucrats out of the way and get experts in charge, speed up the process where we can.

Same commitment we had to say The Manhattan Project or the Moon Landing.Whatever it takes End this. We can and should do a lot more.
