Most blacks voted Democrat all the way back since 1932. Doesn’t seem like that much has changed.

Well, certainly as the South became less racist, it became more Republican. Certainly a lot of truth in that.

But, the Dixiecrats, for example, largely stayed and died Democrats. That's a fact.
