I have my own picasso, hand santizer or rubbing alcohol. I'd put something absorbent underneath and drip alcohol on it and dab dab dab until it comes out. Or use a toothbrush to scrub if really stubborn. The last method is what I use to get out wash and dried sharpie names. Takes time but it works.

For future reference, vinegar dissolves slime, hairspray/alcohol removes ballpoint ink, and goo gone takes care of crayon.
