What’s the federal judge going to do, hold him in contempt? I think he’d gladly sit in a holding cell for a couple days getting great publicity for protecting his constituents. I’d love to read the ruling if anyone has it.

I’m not even sure the federal court had jurisdiction over the issue in the first place. The feds already told Mitch it didn’t violate the law because of the way it would be deployed.
