Just drain all the old fluids...turn entire generator over on its top... wait a hour... flip back over... oil, gas, idle turned to high, breakers in off position,auto throttle off, pull starting string one time(pull don't use key start), pull the choke out( do not choke on first pull), pull starting string a few times, push choke in... should start after a couple pulls...
