No he’s saying if your mayor is named LaToya you are fricked. Basically anyone who has a black mayor or a mayor with a name that is traditionally a black person’s is fricked

Yeah I get it.. But like I said, I graduated with a black girl named Latoya. She was salutatorian of our class, went out of state, graduated in computer science and currently does really well.
And I didn't know that automatically being black made you a bad mayor. I thought Kip Holden was probably the best mayor BR ever had.. And I am pretty sure he was black.
