Based on that, it's safe to assume she's the one who types her tweets. No real leader would be stupid enough to use that wording, but I guess her telling everyone that the city services are ready would be a giant lie

I think this is slightly better than Mitch, who would let the entire city flood then “coincidentally” have a 3AM fire at the pumping station shortly thereafter.
