I wrote about this on the Poli board a few days ago. I watched teens one time attack a security guard in Head house Flats. They threw drinks and food at him and he came outside and there were 10 teenagers there looking to fight him so he went back inside. They were all on bikes. Sounds EXACTLY like the type of scenes I've seen

Why are they always on bikes? Are they that easy to steal?

Someone needs to wait for them then chain all the wheels of the bikes together when they go in the store
