Season ticket holder in the balcony for a while now, some advice....
In this market upper deck Pelicans tickets won't be a huge moneymaker even if you sell every game and even if the Pels are really good. As life has changed I've gone from attending 30+ games/season to probably 15-20. I do sell some premium games and a few others, but I also give away a lot of crappy mid-week games. Even with Zion you will still have many crappy mid-week games that you might sell for $10/ticket, maybe.
Also I'm in at a cheaper ticket price, if I was buying in at the current full ST discount (which is still pretty good, but more expensive than I pay) not sure its a good deal unless you are center court and first 4-5 rows.
Summary...if you aren't going to a lot of games and just want to sell, most upper level tickets aren't worth it, especially having 4 seats.

My tix were in 322, next to the bar (I’ve upgraded this season), and before last season I always broke even and went to a shite-ton of games.

And before LeBoo left, the cavs usually brought in enough money to cover the season.
