I have pebbletec. It does not stain and is durable. A little rough on the texture but worth it.
I have an oak tree over mine and the acorns leave black spots and streaks. They always wash away, same can’t be said about the white plaster.
For the deck we went with stamped, stained concrete in a buff color. Not too hot on the feet and looks pretty good.

That is a good comment about the staining
I have pebbletec and an oak tree over and flowering trees near by
I never have problems with staining and if they start they brush off
I forgot about that point and maybe that was part of the sales pitch from the pool guy
It is s valid point
