Lack of Accountability for USMNT

I was home all day and split time watching FS1 and ESPN all day. The only mention of the Gold Cup not directly related to the Women's World Cup was on PTI and it was Tony saying that they shouldn't have played the game yesterday.

There is no accountability for the players, coaches, and federation. I think this is holding us back as a nation, especially in regards to having coaches answer for their tactics, and players simply under performing and still being comfortable that they will automatically get their spot.

I know this has been discussed on here, but it is still disheartening to see after a massive match with our biggest rival.
