One thing of note here, is your character interactions can alter the story some and how people interact with you, as well as the overall ending.
Only reason I say that is there are more implications to being an a-hole than racking up a high bounty and some people are ruder to you, or being a goody two shoes and never doing a single thing wrong. The choices you make do have some consequences.
