How about everyone stop slowing to 45 mph on the interstate in preparation for your exit 2 miles ahead?
The exits always have an off ramp that you use to slow down on AFTER you exit the interstate at standard speed.

I think this topic is mainly for malfunctioning lights that default to red flashing.
