She created massive distractions for the team. There wasn't a unanimous team vote allowing her to kneel, or to speak out against the country that she represents, or refusing to sing the anthem which every other team member did, or complain about the men playing a gold cup final on her day. SHE MADE THESE COMMENTS THE DAYS BEFORETHEIR GRAND FINALE.

That is fact.

If you want to be obtuse and ignore these facts, that's on you.

She caused distractions that hindered the team. Another fact.

That's selfish in my book. And a bad teammate no matter how they feel in retrospect.
