If you’re going to fight anyone over 30, you better have your silverback strength or make sure he has already lost his. That young buck wasn’t ready

When I was a teen I trained and boxed amateur for a little over a year and learned a lot in that time. Had 3 official bouts and won all 3 of them before life got in the way with other things to do.

I'm now 66 and still have a 100 lb. heavy bag and a speed bag that I will get outside and have a go with from time to time to build up a sweat and get some exercise.

Nope, the legs and footwork aren't as swift, the cardio is not all that great, but the last thing to go is the punch and I can still put them together when I have to---with good speed and power.

But I better get you in the first minute or two because it's all downhill from there.
