Seriously. Is Gulfport even big enough to be called a city?
Furthermore, I’ve never seen anyone shitting in public in Gulfport. Whereas, that apparently happens on the Daily in San Fran.

The worst-run city, according to WalletHub, is Washington, D.C., followed by Gulfport, Mississippi, and San Francisco, California.

Comparing 2 30000 person cities across the country from each other is about like saying an OLB from Pennsylvania is 0.005 points better than one from AZ on whatever bullshite scale is used by the guys who sell magazines.
