DACA is not signed law. It's merely an Executive Order. Until the libs came charging over the hill with their army of lawyers, it was totally understood that any POTUS could countermand a previous administration's EOs with the same stroke of the pen as created it by the predecessor.
When libs can't win, they go to the courts.

No. In my mind there are three questions:
- Can Trump countermand Obama's EO. The answer is probably yes.
- Was DACA constitutional? maybe or maybe not
- However, you have these people who applied for protection under DACA because Obama issued that EO. Should they continue to receive that protection? Probably yes.
