Not that this has anything to do with the USSC but they're not going to deport these people.

They should, but they won't.

The fact that deportation of illegals isn't even on the table is mind boggling. Everyone knows if they just get here they can stay. Eventually they will get here

The problem I see is that Obama issued the EO an then people applied and registered under DACA and relied on that. They complied with the directive that was issued and are now in jepordy of being deported because the relied on that directive.

I think Trump probably loses this argument. The question is whether Obama's EO on DACA constitutional.
