but with section 8.... you can afford it on minimum wage and... have money left for cell phone, tats, vapes and weed...... and the landowner makes bank ....

Agreed. Why not have the employers that get the direct benefit from their work pay them more so the rest of the taxpayers don't have to subsidize them in this manner?
