IF Tapcons can make it thru a hurricane I don't know what else you're looking for.....seriously.

what he is saying is the OG tapcons were most likely installed improperly to come out. These are designed, if property installed, to shear around the brick.


Btw if you want what is used commercially, get some Hilti anchors.
