Most of that will pass in the next day or two. The sweating is likely just from the fluids they pump in you during surgery. Sometimes the anesthesia they give you can make your body go haywire as well. The one they used on me killed my appetite for a few days, so I didn't eat much and got nauseous and weak as a result. Have you been eating?

Once I got a full meal down a few days after the surgery, it was amazing how much better I felt.
