Your body has been through a ton of stress man. It doesn’t know that the surgery was elective, it just views it as more trauma. So in 5 days it’s had two major traumatic events. Keep that ice on there and keep it elevated.

I had a similar reaction to pain meds while trying to go to bed after a surgery.

Also. Rent or buy a knee scooter (cheapest on amazon)



You can get out and about a lot more in the coming weeks when you’re still weight bearing restricted

St. Augustine,what did you do to help make you sleep? I slept maybe 3 hours last night and had a hard time with everything. I’m struggling this morning with some serious depression/anxiety and trying to figure out how to get out of it and better.

I was on the pain meds from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday afternoon. Would I really be experiencing withdrawal?
