Anyone here over 6-5 that use longer shafted clubs? Does it help?

ETA: I swing Ping G15's that are about 8 years old and I when I got fitted they recommended that length.

I am 6-5, my irons are +1 - 3 Titlest wedges are the same as my Callaway +1 PW
Putter is 41 inches, I choke down on puts under 20 feet, on lag putts my hands are near the end.

6'6" here. Only 0.75" longer shafts, but changing to more upright irons (Ping white dot) made the greatest difference in my game.
