If I want to soothe my conscience by helping the less fortunate, I sure as hell won't give money to any government to do that for me.

This post is the only post necessary for the OP topic. Like myself , this dude said himself “I don’t have a vote”. Then Why in the frick are you concerned with the shite. Your life must really suck. Life tip for ya: if it doesn’t affect you or your family/friends(to an extent) then pay it no mind.
