What do you think was most responsible for the verdict? Poor preparation and strategy by the prosecution, or dirty race-baiting tricks from Johnnie Cochran and Shapiro?

Whomever picked the jury.

That dumbass judge who let a simple murder trial go on for months.

Rodney King. The jury directly admits that they knew he killed them and that they let him go anyway due to Rodney King. If that had never been caught on tape, then the trial takes place in Santa Monica. If the trial takes place in Santa Monica, then OJ gets the fricking chair. No way they could convince suburban rich women not to kill OJ over that.
Also if he killed his wife 3-4 years later, I also think he gets convicted since the LA Riots wouldn’t be fresh on people’s minds. He is the luckiest mother fricker on the planet and I hope he dies in a car fire tomorrow.

Latex gloves.

The trial was lost the second they decided to try it in Los Angeles. It should have been tried in Santa Monica. Without the LA Riots, that is where the trial is held. No way a bunch of rich or middle class suburban women would have let him go.

This, Fuhrman, mishandling the blood evidence, Barry Scheck obliterating the blood evidence at trial, lot of things the poor strategy made such a huge difference when we see the forest through the trees

Forget the gloves. That jury made up their mind from the start. One of them was a Black Panther.

The Rodney King incident.

Also, OJ started tweeting this month of anyone wants to give him a follow. He said in his first tweets, he had some people to "get even with."
Best hide yo kids, hide yo knives.

Please don’t. Instead follow Kim Goldman.

It’s not often I say this, OM is 100% correct.

I was being facetious, Gladys.

Alan Dershowitz who was a consulting attorney on the case once said, that the police framed a guilty OJ Simpson.

OJ's son did it, he had a mental history, claimed that year was the year of the knife, his beanie was on the scene, OJ had no defensive wounds (the male victim put up a fight), the son had a lawyer before OJ, a matching knife was found in the sons warehouse (no weapon presented at the trial), and they had stood the son up for the dinner he prepared for them that night.. That bronco ride was just buying time.

A guy I work with is candidate #1 to be a BLM guy. Even he says OJ was guilty as shite, but it was all about winning one over “the man” back then. He knows it was wrong.
