that's not rape, that just what alcohol can do....

I have a neighbor who served 2 years...in prison

he said it was at a work party, they were staying in a hotel...drinking was going on...normal stuff right...

a woman co worker was drunk out of her mind, she kept coming on to him and he eventually gave in...

next day, she said she was raped...

he had a bad attorney, got convicted of rape, to this day, he is trying to clear his name....

he is now married with 2 girls...he still doesn't work and it's been at least 10 years ago this all went down...he just keeps himself busy around the house....all day long...

I read his full case online...it is what it is... he said she said, it was his dna which he didn't deny...

it just wasn't rape...it was alcohol with her coming on to him
