Personally, I definitely don't mind Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana in CONCACAF for both cultural and competitive reasons. They'd be also-rans in CONMEBOL to a ridiculous extent, thus preserving CONMBEL's reputation as one of the most ridiculous roads to the WC and they could theoretically "bolster" CONCACAF which is not that great in general (before the uprising of Costa Rica etc).
It really just confirms the need for a more inclusive Copa to unite the two for competitive and geographic unity.

Yes. Suriname would be much better if they didn’t have a rule that bans any Dutch from playing for their team. I actually respect that rule because it benefits the players of Suriname, but it makes their team much worse.
Some of the legends of Dutch soccer are from Suriname like Clarence Seedorf. Even more have Suriname descent like Ruud Gullit
