re: OT dads, how do you handle this situation where the outcome doesn’t end in prison?

In the spirit of Father's Day, this reminds me of something that my dad told me that I still remember to this day when I was acting like a little shite.

Dad: Do you have your license?
Me: Yes
Dad: Good, because at the end of the night, one of us is going to the hospital and the other is going to jail, and they need to know what you used to look like.
