Shed build foundation

Can you build a shed directly on a gravel base with no floor? Looking at building one for the backyard and want to use paver base and gravel as the foundation. It will be elevated enough where the ground shouldn’t be we on the surface.

I would use 4x4 treated skids for anything that contacts the ground then put your walls on top of those. Regular lumber will rot really fast if it's on the ground. I personally would spend the extra money and put a floor (using treated joists) on top of skids.
