The only advantage the F-15 had was better maneuverability. The Tomcat's AWG-9 radar was superior with tremendous range and multiple target tracking and engagement. Phoenix missiles had greater range and more of them on rail. Sparrows and Sidewinders could slave to radar; nothing on the Eagle could. The Tomcat could carry a bigger payload and drop bombs. That's another nope for the Eagle. The F-15 was a superior dogfighter and that's it.
