Have you priced boats lately? A mid-level manufacturers 26-27 ft LOA open bow will run you $120-$140k new. 25' bay boat 80-100k. A 32' express cruiser over $300k. I can ride a mile or so each way from my camp and see millions of dollars in boats on lifts. While all of them weren't bought new a lot were and the majority of these baws didn't pay cash.
