We hired some folks to add GA headers on certain high traffic pages. Several years later the realized no one was doing anything with this and asked me to see what I could find.
So far I'm providing dashboards on browsers and OS along with some limited reporting on mobile devices.
Not I've become intrigued with breaking out certain heavily traffic pages as we have 10 million+ hits a month and looking into what our customers are doing (some of the data returns some general info about our customers..we are a large b2b site) and now I'm going further down the rabbit hole to analyze this data.

We have an entire division that does this

If you site has that many hits and you are b2b, your company is leaving a lot of potential growth on the table by not having someone internally or external that really understands how to collect and analyze your site data.

Do you not have a dev team?
Why did you not add the GA tag to all pages on your site?
Why are you not using GTM to add this to all pages?

Your company does not operate like one who gets this much traffic. This should be the work of an Analyst.
