Career is a stupid way to look at it. Cam Newton accomplished everything in a single year Tebow did in his 3 years as a starter. Bur because Tebow played longer in college, he is better?
Yes, Young is a top 10 all time qb.

Like I said, it depends on what you want to focus on. There is something to be said about sustained long term success and execution. It's a different "greatness," just like in the Super Bowl debate, Marino is still one of the top QBs ever BECAUSE of his long performance at a high level.
It's a mix of:
Single Season/Game Excellence
Titles/Championships/Hardware
Individual Performance Levels
Sustained Success - which says something about overall management and leadership
It all matters, some people just weigh certain things more than others.
