It could backfire. We would need a fairly comfortable margin to ensure victory and push through new and much needed amendments such as abolishing the anchor baby loophole, strengthening our 2A rights, shoring-up our borders and limiting SCOTUS to nine members as well as enacting term limits on Congress ... it needs to be done but it would be a very tricky maneuver.

This could be done with legislation or executive action, but would be challenged in court.

Yeah. It could very well be a disaster. Today's left openly opposes free speech. Nasty women, all of them.

But the first chance they get they'll try to pack the SCOTUS and that's the end of the Republic. I don't see how to stop them short of a Constitutional Convention or a war. Maybe Trump could attempt to pack it himself and force them to oppose him with a constitutional amendment?
