Point being what? Taxes have to come out of a bucket. It doesn't matter how the money is distributed in that bucket. The same amount still "needs" to come out.

We can start as someone suggested by making the tax code fixed so that you can never receive a refund. At best you just break even. Nobody should be profiting off the tax system.
Also, the disability system needs a TOTAL OVERHAUL in the US. We have way too many people "disabled".
