I cancelled mine 3 months ago.
They have yet to bother to send a box to ship my equipment in. I don't think they need it.

They did the same for me but I didn’t let it go that long. They do that then try to continue to bill you for service or charge you for the receivers. Grabbed mine and the remotes then went to a UPS store to send them off.
