Doctors are no different than any other job field, some good, some shitty, and some with plain shitty ethics.

The people you are talking about are those doctors. frick the long term consequences, make them feel 18 again. It's one thing to allow a patient to blast higher doses for 12 weeks, even though that still didn't smart, then to have the patient who is 50+ at the top of the range. Doing that brings in so many possible side effects.

That is why I am so educated on the subject. I went through some shitty doctors and when they couldn't answer my questions, I fired them. I now have over of the best doctors in the world and he actually listens to me. Before I had to embarrass the doctor on his lack of knowledge to get him to listen.

Free I keep my levels between 600-900 sitting for the 700-800 range specifically, which is higher end for mid to late 30s.
