But the thing is. There is a certain level where people can join that will not be able to make even close to $42k no matter how hard they work.

Because it will get to the point where everyone who is a potential recruit has been recruited already. And the more people who are on social media trying to sell people to the same company, the more people will start to dismiss the company.

They are selling people on the idea that they have to work hard. That is bullshite. It would be like telling someone to go door to door to sell people front doors and if they work hard, they will sell enough to make good money. The only people who they would really be targeting are people who really wants a new front door but hasn't gone out to get one yet.
