Mine is fiberglass and it was free. You can buy both fiberglass and metal ones with a quick google search around town. The pump I found at an Antique shop while back. I used a bulkhead fitting so my water line and power cord run out the side under the water so it keeps the top clean and free of cords.

The fiberglass are much cheaper and easier to install and deal with. Have installed both.
Obviously the cast iron is more authentic, but honestly, no one is worried about that.
