I'm no Miley fan... but I'm going to have to disagree. Just because Ashley O. was a burn-out with a groggy, crackling morning-voice doesn't mean Cyrus can't sing. Her range isn't incredible - but her voice is strong... at about an octave lower than the majority of popular female artists today.
