There were at least 5 instances where Mueller indicates that the 3 requirements for Obstruction of justice were met.

Yet buried at the end of each of those long winded explanations outlining possible obstruction Mueller himself begrudgingly admits he couldn't clearly conclude that an act of obstruction had been committed which leads to an obvious logical takeaway of Section 2 of the Mueller report....

The Mueller report was a political smear/hatchet job that would never withstand the scrutiny of an actual prosecutorial trial. The report in at least a couple of instances left out exculpatory evidence favorable to Trump and his associates and therefore lacked the proper context required when making a criminal case against a defendant. The report was incredibly ambiguous (likely by design) in order to provide a road map for impeachment. The slimy, disingenuous way in which the report infers instances of obstruction while simultaneously concluding tiny blurbs actually admitting a lack of solid evidence to conclude an act of obstruction in each instance reeks of a political smear to provide cover and political fodder for an incredibly weak case that lacked evidence from the very beginning.

Mueller's odd statement about not being able to exonerate Trump (a standard antithetical to ever concept of due process and presumption of innocence this country's judicial system was founded on makes that obvious. His refusal to answer questions before Congress is the icing on the cake. The entire Mueller report and investigation was, is, and has been a national disgrace.
