Is anyone still playing PUBG? (Xbone)

Me and my friends still play. They have made massive improvements, but of course it still isn't perfect. Anyone still playing?

All the time. I prefer solo but I'm down for some squad/duo games. I posted on here earlier about it.

Pretty much every day. The game is great, just wish they'd make Erangel or Miramar the featured map. Sanhok is ok in small doses just like Vikendi.

ETA: We almost always need a 4th to round out our squad for a few games per night. Generally start playing around 9pm and get off between 10:30 and 11:00pm.

Scar/M4/Vector/VSS (though I recently rolled with AK and the Beryl and had a lot of fun with that duo)
SLR/M24/Kar98 (on console the SLR has little recoil and it has a quick recoil reset. It’s really OP).
I personally like to carry the VSS + M4/Scar on any map not Miramar. Miramar it’s almost a must to have a long range rifle with a 4x scope or better.

Main: M-416 or M-16A4 or Mutant with 2 - 4 powered optics; flash/suppressed
Secondary: Vector/UMP depending on map (caliber). If I can't get an extended magazine for the Vector, I'll use something else. Screw that 13 round stock mag.
Grenades. Lots of grenades. And smoke.
No pistols.

Forgot about the VSS. I'll use that if and only if I can find a 416/Scar/Ak with full auto.

What is everyone's longest kill? I don't use sniper rifles, though. In season one I had a 286 yard kill with M-16A4 with a red dot optic

That's pretty impressive. My longest knock prior to stat reset was about 700m. 4x Kar98 suppressed on Erangel and took about 4 shots to hit him. Ole boy didn't realize the grass doesn't render past 150m so he just laid there

Hell if I know. There is a huge PUBG forum over on reddit and those guys talk about the passes. Supposedly skins and level bonuses as far as I can tell.. I would like to have the level 2 helmet (looks like a german helmet from WWII) with lightning bolts on it but I'm not spending any money.

The only skin that I wish I had was the shark bite skin for the Kar98.

Oh shite that's sweet. I've never used the Kar. Might have to tonight. Look me up when you are on and we will do some squad/duo games

I won't be on until Sunday evening unfortunately. Wife and I are headed out of town, but I'll try to remember to do that. Go to training mode and try the Kar out. If you're not used to the one-hitters, the other thing I could suggest is going to the war mode and playing overpowered. You'll get the AWM which will give you live practice.

Thanks, will check it out. Never have even looked in the training grounds. My kids leave for their moms sunday so I will be on.
My go to is almost always the M16A4 with a 4x. Sometimes I'll go bigger on the optics depending on the map. I can't remember the name of the very first map (wit the school and apartment complex next to it), but that and Sanhook are the ones where I got my solo wins lol. Frustrating and freaking awesome game at the same time. I find that taking one's shoes off helps a lot lol

The VSS at 25-50 meters is awesome. My best game came from using that weapon. Burst fire it 4 shots at a time or so.
I also have a love/hate relationship with the vector. It’s a beast because of its rate of fire but if my aim is slightly off I’m not getting that kill.
