You know these people are the ones that are educated the highest. IE the best and brightest NK has to offer.

But you take them and hand them a pair of 3s and expect them to beat a royal flush with it, and if they don’t you execute them. Then replace with them with someone less competent. Then execute them when they fail. And so on and so forth.

I don’t know how the military hasn’t staged a coup yet.
