PBS Frontline just did an episode where they followed an abortion clinic and detailed the whole process. After the abortion, they examine the fetus to make sure they get it all out.
After that, I'd imagine it is disposed of like any other medical waste.

The OT needs to know if this is trashy? Just like shoes, socks, pants, shirts, glasses and hats, the crew that has more worries about attire than they do killing children.
