I’m absolutely guilty of this although not the socks part because I don’t usually wear socks to fly. Airplanes are always 1000 degrees inside and i try to wear as little as possible

You wear shoes without socks and then take the shoes off? There is a special place in hell for people like you. This is worse than the a-hole who brings a styrofoam container of chinese food onto the plane. Also on par with the a-hole who reheats fish in the office microwave.
