He would be if he played more games. Kawhi has had only one season in his career when he missed fewer than 10 regular season games. For comparison's sake, Harden has averaged 78 games a season over the past seven years, LeBron has only missed seven games a season over his entire career and KD has missed more than 10 games only three times during his career.

Hard for me to consider Greek Freak because he is not much of a shooter.
Seems to me like Kawhi's shooting has gotten progressively better.
